Costume rental terms and conditions.
1. Rental and deposit must pay upfront. Deposit will be refund after we receive the costume in good condition within 2-working days from client.
2.All costume are free size. Please look at the enlarge picture before you rent. No refund of rental after we send the costume.
3. If your payment were direct banking, deposit refund should take no more than 3-working days after we receive the costume. For credit card payment, deposit refund should take less than a week.
4.If costume is damage or lost, there will be penalty. Depending on how bad the costume been damage, your deposit will be deducted accordingly.
5. If you book and paid today, the costume should no more than 3-working days to reach you thru courier service..
6. We expect to receive our costume within 2-working days. After that, we start deducting your deposit as rental.
7. You (client) bear the return shipping cost. Please keep your shipping (mailing) record as we may need it for tracking purpose.
