Answer: We are doing event management all over the places. You need to make a appointment with us if you like to visit us.

However, all our information and costume pictures are online, you should book directly from the web.

 

2. How much is the deposit for costume rental?

Answer: Three times the rental fee. Example: if the rental is $30, the deposit is $120.

 

3.What if the costume reach me and it does not fit, can I have my refund?

Answer: All costume are free size. Please look at the enlarge picture before you rent. No refund after we send the costume.

 

4. When do I expect to get my deposit back?

Answer: If your payment were direct banking, it should take no more than 3-working days after we receive the costume. For credit card payment, it should take less than a week.

 

5. What if I lost the costume or done some damage to it?

Answer: depending on how bad the costume been damage, your deposit will be deducted accordingly.

 

6. If I reserve costume today, when do I expect costume to arrive?

Answer: As we send costume thru courier service, it should take no more than 3-working days.

 

7. When should I return the costume?

Answer: We expect to receive our costume within 2-working days. After that, we start deducting your deposit as rental.

 

8. Can use normal mailing service when I send back to you?

Answer: Please use courier service for your benefit. As normal mailing service is slow (we will charge rental fee if it is late return); plus, if costume is lost during the mailing, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

9. Do I bear the shipment cost when I return the costume?

Answer: Yes, you bear the return shipping cost.
